Living Change's
work with leaders and their teams typically begins with assessment
of the team's core culture, the diversity and styles of the
team members, and a review of organizational and team strategies.
This is followed by an offsite meeting (typically one to two
days) to address the team's performance issues, gaps in team
process, and needs for development. This process is furthered
by individual skill development and action planning, with
commitments for each member of the team, as well as the actions
agreed upon for the entire team.
To ensure the team's development continues, the initial phase of work is supported by follow-up service including tools, coaching, and ongoing leadership development support.
