Mr. Papke is an executive and organizational development consultant, leadership coach, keynote speaker, and writer, working with clients and organizations on a national and international basis. His clients include the range of small companies to regional and large multi-national, and Fortune 500 organizations. He is the creator of a number of successful leadership development programs and works with leaders and their executive teams to implement change and improve their alignment of strategy, culture, and leadership, and move to higher levels of performance. He is the Founder and Chief Executive of Living Change, Inc.

As a thought leader in organizational alignment, change and transition, Edgar has served as a guest lecturer to a number of universities and has contributed to the development of leaders and organizations throughout the world. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Regis University, a B.S. in International Business Administration, and a degree in the Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. He has served as a host for PBS television and radio and has authored several articles on change and transition leadership.

Theresa Blanding has been a role model for living with change in the corporate arena for many years, as well as the academic and non-profit worlds. Basically working as a turn-around artist, she has inherited problematic situations with poor morale, low productivity, and management confusion. Within such circumstances, she has consistently transformed these environments and created high-performance teams that delivered quality products in a timely manner within budget. Leading with her humane, authentic management style, she has always made a difference. Leveraging her experience with many companies today as a consultant and coach, Theresa's focus is on management's responsibility as a role model and inspiration for transformation and change.
Theresa holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Design and Economic Evaluation, both from the University of Colorado . She has studied Authentic Leadership with Fred Kofman, and participated in the Core Competencies Course with Peter Senge at the MIT Center for Organizational Learning.

Dieter Papke is an international organizational development and change management consultant, executive coach, and author with over 20 years experience. He serves as an organizational consultant for multi-national conglomerates in a variety of industries, including transportation, pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, and financial services. Using the Systems Approach to organizational change, he designs and facilitates group interventions with the goal of maximizing an organization’s awareness and focus on its inherent knowledge and strengths, and employing these as a catalyst for achieving change objectives. This includes helping clients create the transitions necessary in meeting the increasing demand for change brought about by globalization and the challenges for sound strategic development and market positioning.
Dieter’s experience includes serving as Staff Supervisor for Organizational Development at Fraport AG – Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, including integration of external consulting partners and serving as Project Leader for Change Management for the institutionalization of SAP at Fraport AG. He is the Founder and former Director of Pathfinders Career Counselling, Inc. (USA) and currently serves as an adjunct teacher at Fulda University of Applied Sciences for the Departments of Social and Cultural Communication and Social Work (Germany). His current clients include BASF (the world’s largest manufacturer of chemicals); Pricewaterhouse/Coopers (International Financial Services); Sanofi-Aventis (Pharmaceuticals); and other educational institutions and consulting firms.
Dieter is a graduate of the Rutgers School for Psychology. He currently works from and resides near Frankfurt, Germany.

Steven W. Jackson, MSW, LCSW focuses his work in the general private practice of therapy. He is a highly regarded expert in helping others in better managing change and transition in their lives. In his 30 years of practice as a clinician, Steve has been interested in and worked in areas as diverse as family-owned businesses and their unique problems, children and parenting, sexual abuse, couples and marital therapy, success strategies for families and children, executive and personal coaching/consulting, group therapy, and strategies for high personal achievement for all family members.
He is noted for his creativity, his sense of humor, his repertoire of hundreds of stories, his ability to motivate, and his devotion to his family, his clients, his work, and fishing.
